ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Business Process and Site IT team to identify and document business processes using process models (swim-lane, activity diagrams) including “as-is” (current state) and “to-be” (future state).
  • Establish, lead, and maintain a Business Process Steering Committee
  • Manage, Develop and Deliver Implementation plan for ERP solution and methodologies across operations (APAC, US & Europe).
  • Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
  • Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
  • Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Lead effort and manages the use of automated scripts for configuration items and migrating through for testing, environment syncs, and/or project release for go-live deployment.
  • Leads effort to creates and updates documentation for items like functional specifications, operating procedures, configuration, testing scripts, test data sets, test materials, training etc.
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting.
  • Lead effort to provide training or overview of technology and changes.
  • Troubleshoots operational and application issues.
  • Track business results by performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPI’s.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels and manage teams’ performance.
  • Demonstrates success working in a highly collaborative, cross functional environment with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business results.
  • Work closely with senior management to coordinate Business Projects and build operating dashboards.
  • Foster an environment that encourages others to seek out opinions, feedback and new ideas.
  • Oversee the development and management of processing SOPs and operating plans to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Direct strategies and tactics for achieving financial objectives, based on business projections and budgetary goals.
  • Combine analytical skills with strategic mindset to enable better business decisions.
  • Make decisions considering the implications to the entire business.
  • Identify and explore new solutions and opportunities to push the business forward.
  • Provide input and guide staffing process.
  • Participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

  • Provide functional and technical leadership and hands-on support for the full ERP project’s lifecycle, from initial analysis through post-implementation support.
  • Bring innovative ideas and technical solutions that maximize ERP functionality, which will require analysis and review of the business or legacy process.
  • Make effective technical presentations to individuals and groups; Work effectively independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision and utilizing collaboration tools when project team members are in a different location.
