Processess daily task as first point pf contact for internal customer requests
Supports process improvements, productivity and efficiency objectives for the department
Conduct SAP mass create or update with automation tools (Winshuttle)
Proactive in the identification and reporting non startd or deviant data request to be escalated to Sr. Data analyst.
Completes MDO milestones for Winshuttle foundation tasks
Adhere to business rules or governance for all creation of master data
Supports company projects, goals and initiatives
Assist with creating data audits for bussiness
Issue resolution documentation
SME's for production data process, data collection, data hierarchy.
Mass analysis and cleansing of related data initiatves with plant or bsuiness deparment authority as assigned or approval from BU Finance of cost related
Manage scalation of identified issues to department managers
Point of contact for plants to assist with audit findings and resolution on cost impact related updates
Guidance for team and business requests on process and controls
Qualifications:
Proffiency or active learning for all areas of Master Data- PP,MM, Finance, Customer Service
Meticulus documentation of new processes or enhanced solutions
Able to communicate with people from different levels
Proactive collaboration on business projects
Eager to learn from all the different areas the interconnect with master data.
Shows interest on developing new skills
Independent thinker, able to research and find best solutions.
Able to give presantions on how to execute differnet processes to Business
Excelent communication skills with business and team members
Team player- proactive collaboration, help and assist other team members to resolve tasks
Able to create queries in SAP
Intermediate knowledge of SAP tables
Intermidiate knowledge on finace related processes such as: product costing, marking and releasing future price
Intermidiate knowledge on master data setup
