• Understanding + ability to manage expo screen and service and work as team with the host + server staff to ensure all orders are correct and are ran/sent out to the correct tables and guests

• Make sure all tables are level (not wobbly or things stuffed under feet), evenly aligned, clean + set to company standards
• Ability to perform lighting/light bulb audits
• Ensure sanitation buckets are the proper concentration
• Assist service for all Sales Associates and Bartenders
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
• Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils during and after service
• Partner with dishwasher and FOH team
• Initiates cleaning + organizational tasks to fill down time
