Description

The front of the house team member is the face of the brand and delivers a world class customer experience that is representative of the Biscuit Belly culture. This person must be able to demonstrate and maintain the basic job accountabilities and skills addressed below, while being a positive part of the Biscuit Belly culture.

Base wage is ($5/hr) plus tips but we GUARANTEE ($15 per hour) with base rate and tips. With the opportunity to make more based on hours worked and business!

Accountabilities:

· Display excitement and enthusiasm with guests and co-workers

· Pre-bus, (expo) expedite and run food, clean, sanitize and set tables

· Collaborate with fellow team members

· Meet/exceed standard operating procedures

· Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices

· Adhere to all local food safety guidelines

· Role model the culture

Requirements

· Ability to receive instruction from management and other team members
