Founded by Salvatore "Sally" Consiglio in 1938, Sally's Apizza hand-crafts authentic New Haven pizza using Sally's original recipes and techniques. Known for its signature tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic char, Sally's is loved by pizza fans from around the world. Bussers Wanted!

As the Busser, you will...

• Provide outstanding service to our guests by:
• Ensuring plated food and pies leave the kitchen quickly
• Carefully matching food items to correct orders.
• Greets each table and serves, using the correct seat positions on the ticket
• Pull and arrange tables and chairs for guests as needed
• Maintain attention to flow of traffic in all dining areas
• Ongoing cleaning of workstations
• Performing opening / closing duties
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Stay focused and nurture and excellent guest experience.
• Support FOH in other duties as needed

ROLE COMPETENCIES

Language

• English
• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Strong customer service skills
• Prior bussing experience is a plus
