Cake Assembler/Icer
Would you like to work in a bakery?
- Full-Time 40 hours/week + Benefits
- 6 AM - 2 PM Tuesday-Saturday
- Closed Sundays Closed Holidays
Essential Duties:
- Build and layer cakes to Bethel Bakery quality standards to fill customer orders, wedding cake orders, and store pars for our Bethel Park and North Strabane locations
- Cut, fill and assemble standard cakes, custom cakes, and wedding cakes
- Organize and inventory customer cake orders
- Assist with cake trimming, stacking, filling, and icing
- Ice cakes with our signature Buttercream icing
Requirements:
- Passion for creating exceptional products in a supportive team environment
- Piping skills with parchment bags
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Organizational Skills
- Time management
- Team Player
- Ability to produce high quality, high volume
- Ability to reach, bend, stand for full shifts
- Work near ovens, in/out coolers/freezers
- Carry full trays, lift buckets of filling, push/pull full cabinets
- Pass drug and background screening
