Burl’s Termite and Pest Control is looking for a new team member to join our sales staff. We are a locally owned company that fosters an environment for the success of our employees. Burl’s provides residential and commercial services from Bedford to Hamilton County, covering much of Southern Middle Tennessee.

Call Center Associate

Duties include:

- Placing calls to set appointments for our sales staff, who will inspect a home for potential services

Skills Preferred:

Detail-oriented, independent worker, excellent phone etiquette, data entry, goal-oriented, verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of pest control a plus

- Call center experience preferred

Requirements:

- Ability to analyze lists

- Update accounts with current/correct information and input notes

- Workdays are Monday-Friday

Benefits:

- Pay $11.00 per hour

- Commissions on appointments and pay per call
