- Call center / customer support experience.
- High school degree is required.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Position Type : Hybrid - 3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote
- Open to work in rotating Shifts between 6am to 9pm EST - 8hrs/ day - 5 days / Week
- Must have a computer, phone and internet connection while working from home.
