TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking a Resort Call Center Supervisor for its Hub Operations. This individual is responsible for reviewing payroll, coordinating an extremely high volume of calls from both Guests and internal customers, and to dispatch action accordingly through our Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Proven ability to Lead a Team/Experience in Mentoring and Training
- Demonstrated experience in Managing schedules and coordinator team needs
- Working knowledge of dispatching and documenting high volumes of calls
- Previous experience in the hotel industry, experience with Visual One and Agilysys preferred
- Proven ability to be highly organized
- Demonstrated experience in handling a wide variety of requests with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in mentoring and training/Proven ability to lead a team
- Demonstrated experience in managing schedules and coordinating team needs
- Strong technological skills, experience with R Guest and Hot sauce programs preferred
- Ability to coordinate with both internal and external customers
- Flexible schedule with varying hours on weekends, holidays and evenings
- Strong Communication skills are a necessity, Bilingual is a plus
