Drumlin Farm Camp in Lincoln, MA is seeking an individual to provide healthcare and manage the health center for our farm and nature camp. We aim to promote positive youth development, stewardship for the environment, and a respectful and inclusive safe space for all our campers and staff.

We're located a few miles south of Rte. 2 near Concord or a 10 minute walk from the Lincoln stop on the Fitchburg commuter rail. Join our fun, welcoming community this summer!

Schedule
Monday– Friday, 8 am – 4pm, June 12–August 25 (flexible start and end dates)

Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and nursing care in cases of illness or accident for campers and staff
  • Administer medication and keep camper and staff medications during the day
  • Set up and maintains clean and welcoming health center, manage inventory
  • Communicate with families, relevant staff, and health officials about health records, special needs, and health and safety questions
  • Maintain healthcare log, incident logs, and all health center documentation

  • Current license as an RN or higher qualification and up to date CPR certification
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and respect diversity
  • Be willing to be outdoors for up to six hours a day in most weather conditions
  • Physically access sanctuary terrain easily by foot
  • Ability to effectively interact with others, especially children, in camp’s youth-centered environment
  • Provide documented proof of immunity or vaccination record as mandated by MA DPH; complete camp health form and waiver

Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
