We are seeking a Campus Security Integrator for our First Quality Tissue facility located in Anderson, SC. The Campus Security Integrator is responsible for protecting human life and property by bringing together security subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together to achieve effective physical security. Examples of subsystems include video surveillance, access control, intrusion, emergency notification, computer networks, and more.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Subject matter expert for Genetec – First Quality’s designated operating platform for physical security operations.
- Subject matter expert and Operations team lead for the purchase, installation and implementation of corporate visitor management system.
- Develops division-wide policies and procedures on the use and management of physical security systems.
- Act as site contact for notification and management of all security system impairment activities and repairs.
- Develop and monitor departmental budget as it pertains to security systems compliance, repairs and inspection.
- Responsible for developing and training policies and procedures for the safe and efficient impairment, repair and recommissioning of security systems.
- Develop and maintain project documents for use in bidding and purchase of electronic security systems.
- Thoroughly document and maintain complete records of all inspection and repair activities.
- Maintain the electronic security systems on the Anderson campus to include FQTSE and FQP&P as well as support the maintenance activities of FQTNE where applicable.
- Be capable, certified and able to assist with the following fire related duties.
o Inspecting and maintaining site fire alarm and annunciation systems to include fire panels, lights, horns and strobes.
o Managing repairs and maintenance activities on all related fire suppression and alarm systems conducted by outside contractors.
o Act as site contact for notification and management of all fire system impairment activities and repairs.
o Responsible for developing and training policies and procedures for the safe and efficient impairment, repair and recommissioning of fire alarm and suppression systems.
o Campus liaison for local fire departments. Responsible for site familiarization, orientation and training of local emergency responders.
o Works closely with FM Global to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
o Conduct annual fire extinguisher and fire hose training for all team members
- Practice good hygiene, treating everyone with respect, being constructive and tactful, communicating with your team and customers, and abiding by company policies and procedures
- Observe all safety rules and use the proper safety equipment at all times (PPE, LOTO, construction safety, etc.).
- Perform lifting with proper rigging techniques.
- Train other team members.
- Perform light, medium, and heavy lifting.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Must promote and practice the attitude of "Safety First"- Show initiative and work with little, or no supervision
- Know the INFOR system, and enter and retrieve work orders and reports
- Understand the facility layout, and flow of materials and products
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Genetec Security Center Technical Certification
Must be able to work:
In wet, hot and cold environments inside and outside of the facility- Wear PPE in ear, eye, and foot protection areas
- Under pressure of deadlines and manage moderate levels of stress
- At heights and from elevated work spaces and equipment
Ability to:
Lift up to 25 pounds- Walk long distances
- Climb steps
- Bend, stoop, stretch
- Stand for long periods of time
- Type and read small print on screen and blueprints/schematics
- Ability to travel as needed to other sites via commercial airline or vehicle
