Our Car Wash Associates play a huge role at our locations and we're seriously proud to have them working for us! They're ambitious, enthusiastic, and their hospitality skills are outstanding. They genuinely greet and acknowledge every customer. They are responsible for guiding our customers into the wash tunnel, prepping the vehicle as it enters the wash, and assisting customers in all facets of their visit to ensure an enjoyable Washman experience.

Associates must be comfortable with guiding vehicles on with the use of hand signals, using a pressure washer to pre-spray vehicles, and assisting customers with verbal instructions. Associates are constantly moving from car to car and throughout the lot. This is not a job for the faint of heart. Unlike other positions, you will be moving a lot and you won’t be standing in one spot. Come prepared to move.

• 1 Car Wash Associate- (Thursday - Monday 12:00PM to 8:00PM)

Car Wash Associate Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility with working schedule.
• Good customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to work alone
• Ability to project voice for customers to follow car wash instructions
• Able to stand and walk on concrete for long periods of time
• Able to hold and squeeze (using 1 hand) high pressure, pressure washer for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently

Car Wash Associate Work Environment

• 95% exposed to running water
• 85% standing on padded concrete
• 40% walking on even surfaces
