Job Summary

A full-time management position in a fast, high-quality express car wash company located in Westchester County. We are currently looking for a Site Manager to help lead an efficient and fast paced business. Candidate should be a team leader with time management skills and basic mechanical skills desired. Physically able to work on their feet and in all weather conditions. Weekend availability is required.

General Duties:

• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the car wash.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve all Customer Services.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities to staff and preparing weekly schedules.
• Have an active role in communicating and implementing sales goals to Team Members.
• Hire/Train new Associates.
• Keep accurate records of all schedules, payroll, etc.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and a safe work environment required by OSHA standards.
• Monitor all equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Computer Experience – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

General Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of car wash experience
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must live in proximity of location and available on call
• Reliable transportation to the site
• A background check is required
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
