Care Team Manager

Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Care Team Manager to work collaboratively with our teams serving the employees and families that visit our employer-sponsored health and wellness centers in Charlotte, NC. The Care Team Manager (CTM) provides day-to-day oversight of clinic operations and supervision of staff.

This is a 40 hour per week position with excellent compensation and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, life and disability, paid time off and holidays. The CTM is expected to visit their assigned clinics regularly with a travel expectation of up to 25% (within the Charlotte metro).

Responsibilities:
The Care Team Manager will work collaboratively under the direct supervision of our Regional Care Team Manager to coordinate staff work and training schedules, participate in performance evaluations, provide coaching, assist in the interviewing, hiring and orientation of new health center employees, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinic, medical practice, or wellness related organization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising others, or 2 years with Marathon Health preferred
  • Experience leading clinical operations at 1 or multiple locations
  • Licensed clinical professional (Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Clinicians) strongly preferred
