CAREER Navigator/Coordinator

The Full Employment Council, a premier workforce organization, is seeking to fill the position for a Career Navigator/Coordinator, to serve in Ray, Clay and Platte County.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000.

The individual will be responsible for providing career counseling/recruitment services for potential FEC clientele. Assist and guide clients in developing training and employment strategies that lead to career-oriented employment. Provide pre- and post-employment in helping customers achieve their goals. Conduct overview assessment of various FEC clienteles, provide follow-up of FEC clientele to ensure retention in training programs and their results in employment. Provide information on FEC programs. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience at the leadership or functional level, depending upon the position, counseling, or related field and experience in career/vocational counseling preferred. Computer skills are essential, (MicroSoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Must be able to work in a culturally diverse work environment, must have excellent reference, and must be able to pass a background check, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
