Job Summary: Provides facilitated instruction to students in varied classes and activities, development of skills for long-term employability. Assist in placement efforts with employees to include interviewing, counseling, motivating, monitoring, training, and evaluating students: developing relationships with companies for assignee placements and serving on program workshops. Develop positive working relationships with post-center CTS Contractors.

Experience: Minimum of one to two years related experience in education. One year in sales, marketing, or counseling related services, above average public speaking skills and experience in same.

Education: High School Diploma or High School equivalency (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Prefer certification to teach in State. Valid State Drivers’ License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
