Employment Requirements:

*Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
*Valid Driver’s License and access to fully insured reliable transportation
*Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
*Proof of valid CPR/1st Aid certification, Level one Arizona Fingerprint Card, Recent negative Tuberculosis test or the ability to obtain within the first thirty (30) days of employment

Hiring multiple candidates for different positions:

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

*Daily written and electronic documentation
*Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, cooking, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers
*Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
*Provide necessary companionship and friendship for older adults
