We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in home health care, be able to follow instructions precisely, and be willing to take direction from medical professionals. This position requires lifting and moving patients, so we're looking for a strong and capable individual who has no problems with physical labor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as serving and transporting meals, monitoring patient's physical and emotional state, and assisting in personal hygiene.
• Communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
• Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
• Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
• Work as part of a team.
• Gather and document patient's information.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
