About Your RoleAs a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial properties while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. With the company-provided van that you will pick up each day, you will visit job sites, evaluate the service needs, and provide an appropriate recommendation and solution to the client.
Position Overview:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating weekends
Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 Salary, depending on experience.

About Your RoleAs a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial properties while also providing excellent customer service to our clients. With the company-provided van that you will pick up each day, you will visit job sites, evaluate the service needs, and provide an appropriate recommendation and solution to the client.
Position Overview:
- Collaborate with Operations teams, perform cleaning services promptly and with the highest quality
- Meet with clients to discuss cleaning needs
- Assess state of floors and carpets that need cleaning
- Apply staining and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors
- Carefully remove furniture to access areas that need to be cleaned
- Dry carpets using drying machines
- Upsell cleaning service and company products
- Maintain good customer relations
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
- Operate and maintain company vehicle

- General Labor/Construction experience (preferred)
- 1+ years experience with hot water extraction cleaning preferred
- Prior in home service, customer service a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, and kneel, bend, stand for extended periods
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Reliable, customer-oriented team player
- Immensely honest and ethical person
- Positive attitude, dedicated and organized individual
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to think on feet
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
