some job duties include:

*Complete assessments on referrals - identifying needs

*Provide case management in the home, office or other natural setting. This may include linking to community resources, assisting with employment and housing needs; supervising visits; foster parent support; teaching parenting skills, etc

*Document all contacts and complete progress notes for services

*Prepare reports and communicates with collateral contacts and placing agencies

*Develop a treatment plan

*Attending family team meetings

*Participate in supervision/staffing with supervisor

Strong written and oral communication skills; crisis intervention, de-escalation; self-disciplined, ability to assess needs; rapport building; time management.
