Description:

Law Offices of Robert Rettenmaier, PC is a surrogacy law firm. We are seeking a full-time case manager for our Santa Ana Office. The case manager will primarily be responsible for assisting our English/Mandarin speaking attorneys and paralegals with communicating with our English/Mandarin speaking clients. Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin. Accounting, Marketing or Sales background is preferred.

Essential Functions:

· Arrange and prepare legal documents in accordance with firm’s policies and procedure

· Reach out to clients for documentation

· Assist our English/Mandarin speaking staff with communicating with our English/Mandarin speaking clients;

· Able to perform other duties that are assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

· Experience in MS office applications

· Strong work ethic (work performance and attendance)

· Has a great attention to detail as well as being detailed orientated

· Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks

· Excellent verbal, written and organization skills

· Excellent legal writing and research skills

· Must possess motivation and drive to complete all assigned tasks by set deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
