Case Manger – DUI Program (Santa Ana Location)
Essential Skills:
- Manage client cases on a week-to-week basis
- Conduct group facilitation, counseling and educational sessions
- Provide individual case management, and counseling services
- Perform intake interviews and assessments
- Contribute to a healthy team environment and participate in team meetings and trainings
- Act as a client advocate and assist with resources and ancillary services
- Participate in required development trainings and meetings
- Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred
Experience:
- Background and experience in case management, counseling, DUI programs, and experience in the AOD/SUD field a plus
- High quality communication, customer service, and social skills
- Group facilitation, individual counseling, group education, and history of managing multiple caseloads
