As a Case Manager/Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing 20-30 cases, handling tasks such as medical records, depositions, trial exhibits, legal research, meeting with clients, investigating facts, locating witnesses, preparing pleadings and trial exhibits, and preparing briefs and motions. Our client specializes in Personal Injury and civil litigation, so experience in these areas is a must.

To qualify for this role, you must have a BA and Paralegal Certificate, as well as experience in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Fluent Spanish is preferred but not mandatory, and an enthusiastic and positive attitude is a must. The salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, and our client offers great benefits and a generous bonus program.
