We are looking for a skilled Cash Receipts Coordinator to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Under the direct supervision of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and indirectly to the Director of Client Finance, the Cash Receipts Coordinator performs exchange/cost analysis, responds to client’s audit requests, and posts daily cash receipts.

In this capacity, the Cash Receipts Coordinator will:

  • Post and research cash receipts.
  • Prepare daily cash report and send to Management.
  • Respond to internal/external client inquiries.
  • Process client refunds in Chrome River; review outstanding check report.
  • Perform analysis/reconciliation of exchange and cost accounts.
  • Research system issues and open support tickets with all web-based AR programs.
  • Perform tests on all web-based upgrades and/or enhancements.
  • Analyze and resolve system-related issues and inquiries.
  • Audit and reconcile Accounts Receivable systems and processes.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports required for analysis on special projects and/or upper management requests.
  • Work overtime as required, at month end and year end.
  • Handle additional related projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) or any Business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounting or finance experience (required).
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in accounts receivable systems (Elite is preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable standards and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of general accounting and financial principles.
  • Fundamental knowledge of cash management philosophies.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
