Sweet Sips Lemonade is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Cashier and Lemonade Maker to join our growing team. As a Cashier and Lemonade Maker, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious, fresh-squeezed hand shaken lemonade, and providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions and keeping accurate records of sales. We are a mobile vendor and setup at various community events and markets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders for hand shaken lemonade
• Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
• Keep accurate records of sales and inventory
• Prepare and serve fresh-squeezed hand shaken lemonade
• Ensure the stand is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude with customers
• Work with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be outgoing, fun, and reliable
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must be available to work Fridays between 5-11 PM, some Saturdays, and as needed for various events
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a pay rate of $15 per hour, plus pooled tips. You would be scheduled an average of 5-10 hours per week, depending on the events and customer traffic. As a member of our team, you will enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment and be part of a growing business.
