Must be able to pass and keep a Level 2 AHCA background screening clearance

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MON-FRI 9AM-6PM AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM, WITH ONE 1/2 DAY DURING THE WEEK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• THE SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE SALES MANAGER.
• GREET THE WALK-IN CUSTOMER.
• MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN A GENERAL BACKGROUND OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.
• MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER MOST CUSTOMER QUESTIONS/INQUIRES ON MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND/OR SUPPLIES; IF NOT, KNOW WHERE TO GET THE INFORMATION OR DIRECT THE CUSTOMER TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENT.
• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CASH REGISTERS AND ITS OPERATION.
• MUST BE DEPENDABLE, ACCURATE, TACTFUL AND COURTEOUS.
• MUST BE ABLE TO ACCURATELY COUNT MONEY RECEIVED AND CHANGE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS. THE SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE CASH DRAWER WHEN THEY ARE WORKING.
• RETRIEVE AND PROCESS CASH SALES ON CUSTOMER ORDERS, PICK-UPS, AND DELIVERIES.
• KEEP STORE NEAT AND TIDY.
• MUST BE ABLE TO ASSIST SALES STAFF IN COMPLETING THEIR PAPERWORK WITH CUSTOMERS SO THEY CAN RETURN TO THE SALES FLOOR TO ASSIST THE NEXT CUSTOMER.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
