POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Provide the bar area with supplies and provide the bartender with items on request, while assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, fun, and friendly environment for guests and employees.

2. Provides superior guest service, interacts positively with guests and employees, and has the ability to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Works effectively and courteously with fellow employees.

3. Responsible to assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.

4. Takes drink orders (both alcohol and non-alcoholic), enters orders, serves drinks and collects payment from patrons when filling in for bartender or cocktail server.

5. Safe distribution of alcohol. Follows company alcohol guidelines for serving alcohol responsibly.

6. Follows sound cash handling practices.

7. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

8. Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations on alcohol consumption and company policy and procedure regarding serving alcohol responsibly.

9. Responsible to stock bar items daily.

10. Responsible to fill ice bins as needed.

11. Replace bottles on liquor guns.
12. Empty garbage and mop floors.

13. Maintain and deliver beverage supplies for all other outlets.

14. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

15. Has a thorough knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Assists guests with all reasonable requests.

16. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
