Pay Rate: $12-$15/hour to start (depending on experience) Plus Commission.

Job Purpose: Serve customers by providing the best repair solution and experience for their technology repair needs.

Minimum requirements:

• 1-3 years of Experience in Electronic Repair preferred. Cellphone and computer repair experience is a plus.
• Computer repair, service/retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to Multitask
• Must have Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational along with excellent time management skills
• Must have the Ability to work well with others in a small, close knit team.
• Must have Reliable transportation.
• All candidates are required to pass a Background, Drug Test and have a clear Driving Record.

• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service.
• Provide recommendations for problem and resolution
• Troubleshoot and repair devices.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
• Provide additional recommendations to customers in accessories we sell to protect their devices
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
