The Centralized Scheduler position is to answer/direct all incoming calls, schedule clinic appointments, diagnostic exams and procedures for Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) and begin Pre-Arrival Services.
Answer all incoming calls directed to the Centralized Scheduling Department (CSD) in an expedient fashion.
Completes each scheduling encounter in an efficient, standardized and accurate manner.
Schedules unassigned patients with appropriate physician depending on patient needs and location.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrate professionalism, proper telephone etiquette and exemplary customer service with each encounter to both internal and external customers.
Conducts all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, supporting JCMG’s corporate integrity efforts by acting in an ethical and appropriate manner.
High school diploma or GED preferred
