Certified Dietary Manager
Job description
Our organization is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising all aspects of the dietary department in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards. This includes developing menus, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring that all nutritional needs of the residents are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality nutrition services to our residents and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage food service operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines and customer preferences.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Monitor food production, portioning, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain records of inventory, production, and other related data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
