DESCRIPTION:

Develop and maintain staffing schedules, patient care assignments, and other staffing related records, including those necessary to meet state-specific staffing requirements, in the required format for that state
Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or designee
Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins
Communicate staffing and hiring needs to the Director of Nursing or designee, and participate in interviews as needed.
Post and communicate schedules to all nursing staff
Post job requisition
Review job openings and close out any filled jobs
Refresh old job ads in a timely manner
Reach out to candidates on daily basis
