REHABILITATION SERVICES ASSOCIATE / CNA – Wilson Care – Chicago, Illinois - Up To $19 per hour - 3rd Shift available (11pm-7am)
Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF), in the north side of Chicago, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. 3rd Shift Available - 11pm - 7 am
New Rate of $19 Per Hour

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility.
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)):
- Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner
- Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors
- Assist medical treatment team as assigned
- Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
of the Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA:
- 21 years of age or older
- CNA Certification required
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Service mindset of compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders
