Parkside Nursing and Rehab is seeking Per diem Certified Occupation Therapist Assistants (COTA) to join our team.

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work in a team where you will provide compassionate and quality care in a secure setting. Under the direct supervision of the Occupational Therapist, you will implement the resident's Care Plan for Rehabilitation.

Schedule:

• Per diem
• Could be day shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Help residents participate in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
• Communicate resident progress or problems to the supervisor and other team members.
• Assist with resident scheduling and post charges daily to resident records.
• Document resident care by Rehabilitation, regulatory, licensing, and requirements.
• Handle job responsibilities per the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
• Must maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current COTA License in GA or TN.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Nursing home: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
