We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our Operating Room team in Lawton, OK. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in delivering high-quality patient care as an integral member of our surgical team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing patients and the operating room for surgery
Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures
Maintain a sterile field to prevent infection
Assist with patient positioning and anesthesia administration
Help manage surgical equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in good standing
At least 1 year of experience in an operating room setting
Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures
Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
