Come be part of Everi's team as a Chargeback Analyst! In this role, you will be posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, while using your excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy!!

**This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local to Las Vegas**
What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for verifying and posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and total accounts.
Maintains accounting records of chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing.
Analyzes customer needs when answering questions as they relate to account inquiries and disputes.
Corrects errors and resolves financial disputes as conveyed by cardholders and credit card associations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications - Must have's:
High School Diploma or GED or related work experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft suite application - especially in Excel & Word
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Flexible schedule

Nice to have's:
1+ years experience in a customer service and/or data entry role
Understanding of MS Office Suite products
Previous work in an office environment

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current starting pay is $17/hr and is overtime eligible.
