Hemosure is a trade name recognized worldwide in immunological fecal occult blood testing, also known as iFOB or FIT testing. Colorectal Cancer, when discovered in the early stages, is the most preventable and curable of all cancers. Routine CRC screening is extremely important, which is why Hemosure is dedicated and focused on educating physicians and patients on this subject. We at Hemosure are proud to manufacture and sell the fastest growing Immunological Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) and have established its place as an industry leader.

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical CFO to join our organization. Primary responsibility for analyzing.

CFO duties and responsibilities of the job

As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interaction with various members of a company, both senior and junior.

• Prepare documents and data for taking a company public
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Reviewing all formal finance related procedures

CFO job qualifications and requirements

Years experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace. A CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
