As the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Sandstone Healthcare Group, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing teams across all our facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional who is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing departments across all Sandstone Healthcare Group facilities, aligning goals and objectives with the overall mission and vision of the organization.
• Oversee and direct all nursing activities within each skilled nursing facility, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies to enhance the quality of care, patient safety, and resident satisfaction across all facilities.
• Collaborate with facility administrators, department heads, and senior leadership to optimize operations, promote interdisciplinary teamwork, and achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze nursing metrics and outcomes across all facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of nursing excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff at each facility, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Serve as an advocate for residents across all facilities, ensuring their voices are heard, their needs are met, and their rights are respected.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred).
• Current unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing nursing operations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of nursing professionals.
• Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
