Job description

Affiliated Clinical Services, with offices in both West Bend and Hartford, is looking to hire clinicians to join our growing practice of mental health practitioners. We are seeking individuals to counsel clients with a focus on the child and adolescent age group. Clinicians can bring their training and experiences to practice with a highly collaborative team. We are seeking clinicians at part-time or full-time levels with a flexible work schedule.

Clinicians enjoy a high degree of clinical autonomy in a concerted team environment. We are a well-established clinic and are able to provide you with the opportunity to quickly develop as full of a caseload as you want. Clinicians benefit from flexibility in creating their work schedule, becoming involved in new programming initiatives, in-house training, on-site medical prescribers for client referrals, AODA treatment team referrals, TMS and Spravato treatment referrals, as well as a multitude of group therapy options to lead and develop.

At ACS we know your time is valuable that is why we handle initial client intakes and scheduling, insurance billing, handling records requests and filling your schedule. We also assist clinicians with becoming credentialed on the various insurance panels. All of this allows you more time to focus on your clients.

Minimum Requirements of Employer:

  • Clinician will hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree: MSW, MA, or MS. Candidates with a PhD or PsyD are also encouraged to apply.
  • State of Wisconsin licensure as an Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist is required.
  • Clinicians holding a training license (Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-In Training) are also eligible to apply to complete their supervised hour requirement while building their caseload.
  • Additional specialized training in AODA, Art Therapy, EMDR, Family Systems, Play Therapy, Brain Spotting, Biofeedback, Trauma Informed Care, and assessment for ADHD or ASD is a plus, but not required.
  • Medicare approved provider is helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, which may include both locations as well as some day and night hours. Schedules can be further discussed at the time of interview.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Clinician will assess, diagnose and treat individuals with a wide range of presenting mental health concerns. It is very common that you will be working with dual diagnosed clients.
  • Clinical activities may include individual, family and group therapy using multiple modalities.
  • Crisis intervention, client advocacy, community support and education are all integrated into your clinical role.
  • Assess client needs to create a personalized treatment plan. This may include referrals to additional providers within our clinic and adjunctive therapy. With the variety of treatment modalities we offer, creating an integrated treatment approach is a key to client success.
  • Attend regular clinical staffing and didactic training workshops.
  • Collaborate with peers to consult on cases and create a network of support for clients and their families
  • Keep client records current and adhere to high ethical standards of our field.

Benefits:

Benefit offerings will vary based on full or part-time status. Nevertheless, being a part of our team can provide you with:
