GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Oversees the delivery of clinical services focused on Child and Adolescent (C&A), WinGA, Moderate Care Coordination
(MC3) and the APEX program. Under supervision of the Clinical Director, ensures that C&A, WinGA, MC3, and the Apex
programs are working with individuals, clinicians, community stakeholders and other departments to provide the best
quality care. Ensures fidelity monitoring and meeting the standards, oversees each program in best practices and ethical
decision making. Provides risk assessment for and executes involuntary commitment orders. Participates in the
development of clinical policies and procedures to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations along with
accrediting entities. Provides guidance, support, and feedback to staff while maintaining professionalism and ethics.
Primary hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00, occasional evenings may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree from and accredited college or university, Licensed or Licensed eligible as a Clinical Social worker,
Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists by the Georgia Composite Board of
Professional Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapist, must have a minimum of two year’s
management experience and a minimum of three years direct care experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Licensed as a Clinical Social worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapists by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family
Therapist
