LEAD PRE-K TEACHER

LEAD TODDLER TEACHER

AIDE & ASSISTANT TEACHERS!!!

QUALIFICATIONS : Must have a CDA, Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with at least 2-4 years experience. Updated Clearances, Updated Staff Assessment, TB & References are a must.

Prospective candidate should have great communication skills. Must also be able to problem solve and execute the best decisions that will benefit our learning center.

Looking for someone who is super friendly and passionate about the childcare industry. Must be able to lead and be an example to the staff and teachers. Comfortability reviewing all lesson plans and must have a familiarity of different teaching strategies

Must be willing to work on the floor with children when necessary. Create lesson plans when necessary. Should be positive and optimistic and can handle stressors associated with the childcare industry.

Requirements:

Must have 2-4 years experience managing a DHS childcare facility

Must be familiar and show a proven record of Keystone Stars involvement.

Must be knowledgeable of Pa Keystone Stars

Must have great communication skills with parents, children and staff

Must have a AA/Bachelors degree in ECE

Must be knowledgeable of the cacfp food program

Must be able to wear multiple hats in a management position

Must have updated Clearances, Updated Staff Assessment, TB & References are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
