Position Title: Event Childcare Supervisor
Team: Children’s Team
Reports to: Lead Children’s Pastor
Part Time: 28 Hours per week
Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of Event Childcare; including but not limited to classroom staffing, classroom lessons and craft preparation, supervising events, recruiting volunteers.
Responsibilities:
Spiritual/Professional/Personal Development:
- Recruit weekly volunteers for on-going events
- Schedule volunteers for weekly events
- Plan and prepare lessons and crafts for the ministry year
- Prepare classrooms for events
- Communicate with ministry leaders to set up the childcare plan for their event/s
- Be present at all childcare events for supervision and direction
- Clean and reset rooms after events so they are ready for weekend ministry
- Handle all room reservations for events
