ActiveSTL Chiropractic and Sports Rehab is looking to hire a Chiropractic Rehab Assistant. Ideal candidates include someone with an exercise science degree or someone currently studying exercise science that is looking for a paid internship. Other candidates include strength and conditioning coaches or personal trainers.

Our unique “Active Pathway” combines manual therapy with clinical exercise to provide evidence-based musculoskeletal care in Saint Louis.

We need someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those around them by taking a holistic, prescriptive approach that incorporates resistance training and functional fitness.

Our new rehab assistant will work closely with our chiropractic physician to help our patients feel better, become stronger, and become more resilient to future injury.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15-18 per hour
• 35 hours per week (M/W 7:00-4:30 T/Th 12:30-6:30 F 7:00-12:00)
• FMS Level 1 Certification paid for by the clinic
• Additional CE opportunities available if approved by the clinic director

As a Rehab Assistant in our office, you will...

Design safe and effective fitness programs, accommodating the unique needs and goals of each ActiveSTL chiropractic patient

• Educate and empower patients with a clear understanding of their fitness program, so that they are motivated to stay committed to their plan outside the office
• Bring a positive attitude and show regular appreciation to patients and team members every day
• Interact with patients and team members without judgment, and express empathy for those around you
• Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment
• Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language, and behavior
• Express patience, determination, and genuine care to hold patients accountable for reaching their goals
• Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
