Position Summary:

As the Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of the clinic and the acquisition and retention of patients by communicating with all potential patients who contact the clinic. In this role, you will be highly patient facing and require a high level of organization and multitasking. Your role will be to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. As the Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for all activity in the patient rooms including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands on support and providing an exceptional experience.

Performance Objectives:

  • Maintain all medical records and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in office
  • Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol
  • Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan
  • Assist patients as needed
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and feedback from patients
  • Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma required
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in healthcare, sales, customer service or related field preferred
  • Experience in a multi-physician practice preferred

Salary Range:
