Claims Technician / Operations Assistant. To £35,000
For a candidate with one or two years insurance exposure and an understanding of the claims process combined with strong reporting and Excel skills this could be an excellent opportunity to join a company considered by many to be a global market leader. Duties:
Creation and amendment of monthly and quarterly reports
Manipulation and reporting of Claims data
Upkeep and submission of Lloyd’s Returns
Oversight of Claims bordereaux processing
Assisting Claims Delegated Authority Manager with Claims Delegated Authorities function
Upkeep of spreadsheets and logs
Assisting with Adjuster requests
Assisting Claims Operations Manager with specific projects
Assist with Conduct Risk related activities
Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group, Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee , ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.
