CDL A – OTR DRIVER – TX<->NJ Home Weekly
Must live within 50 miles of Carrollton, TX
Pay per week starting at $1500 - $2000 depending on experience – paid twice per month. We pay for all miles loaded and empty. Earn $30 per extra stop. All miles paid (loaded, empty & return), extra stop pay & OTR delayed load pay. You decide how much you want to run.
$1000 Transitional SIGN ON BONUS payable within 30 days. Unlimited $800 referral bonuses.
$1000 Retention Bonus payable after six AND twelve months of employment ($2000 total).
Santa Barbara Freight in Carrollton TX., is looking for professional company drivers to join our team.
We are a carrier logistics company that primarily moves uniformed palletized refrigerated freight from coast to coast, and most points in-between, from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA., through all states in the lower western states (AZ., NM., TX., LA.), OK, TN, and from FL to NY.
Our lanes are well worn, comfortable and predictable. Work is stable and consistent, year-round, with plenty of miles. Our drivers average 3,500–3,700 miles per week. Our company has several terminals: Paso Robles, CA., Fairfield, CA., and Carrollton, TX. Lanes and routes are consistent. We have creative dispatch to fulfill drivers home time needs. We strive to get our drivers home every week for quality time with family. Family comes first, we get that.
The company fleet consists of highly maintained tractors pulling 53′ refrigerated trailers.
Class A CDL Driver Benefits

Class A CDL Driver Requirements
At least 2 years Class A commercial driving experience consecutively within the last 4 years. Valid Class A CDL driver’s license.
Ability to physically twist, bend and lift 35lbs, use manual and electric pallet jacks to load and unload freight.
Class A CDL Driver Responsibilities
Pre-trip both truck & trailer to ensure vehicle is in safe working order and to receive preventative maintenance on time. Ensure freight bill accuracy, complete notations and trip documents processed timely.
Ensure truck/trailer & freight are secure, temperature set accordingly, and loaded properly. Compliant and accurate ELD’s
