Our cleaning technicians are responsible for not only cleaning our customer’s homes including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other living spaces, they must also provide a top-notch customer service and are held to the Desert Maids standard of cleaning. This involves honesty, teamwork and independence, communication, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
- Bring homes to a clean and orderly condition using products and equipment according to Desert Maids procedures.
- Maintain a daily ready working condition of assigned equipment.
- Perform thorough customer home inspection.
- Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues with thoughtful consideration, quality control, and friendly customer service.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must pass a background check
- Must have functional smartphone with data plan
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
- Must be fluent in English
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
