Our company continues to grow and looking for good quality cleaners that are hard workers and motivated to be part of a great company. We are hiring employees for several current cleaning positions to clean homes and offices on a daily schedule with some night hours and weekends available on commercial accounts. We offer part time and full time positions. Once trained a typical employee in this position can work 30-40 hours a week full time (over $25K a year) and 13-29 hours for part time. We offer paid time off, medical and dental insurance and other benefits for full time employees through our payroll company, ELM. We also provide employee evaluations for raises every 3 months during the first year. We also pay bonuses on numerous accounts and a hiring bonus (if you stay with us for at least 3 months) Our focus is on our employees because good employees make happy customers.

We are doing phone interviews and are conducted by the owner. If a potential hire does well during the interview, they will be asked to do a paid cleaning interview the following day with our Training Manager. If that is successful, then they will be offered a job with the company and will placed into our training program.

The position is for cleaning residential, commercial type properties. The person will generally clean by themselves or with 1-2 other team members at each location. They will need to be efficient in their use of time and have attention to detail. This is a fast paced work environment and the homes and offices that are cleaned are scheduled. The person must be able to follow direction and orders from management and adhere to a strict schedule. Use of smart phones and our propriety apps are a must as the company is heavily reliant on technology for efficiency. You do not use your own equipment as we provide all cleaning equipment necessary for our employees to perform the job.

Prior cleaning experience is not a requirement but is certainly helpful. Also include at least two (2) references on your resume or application if possible. You must have a working smart phone, reliable transportation to travel to the job sites we clean, and a good prior work history. Please have on hand a current driver's license and proof of insurance. We also perform background checks and drug testing on all candidates we hire. (marijuana & cigarettes are an exception but not allowed during the work day as we are a drug free environment during working hours.)
