We are looking for a talented Commercial Account Director who will have the overall responsibility for management of several large accounts within the Health Plan Solutions division. This individual will be responsible for the successful sales and delivery of Gainwell services to clients.


Your role in our mission


Essential Job Functions

  • Relationship management, revenue generation and client satisfaction
  • Communicates/interfaces regularly with client(s)
  • Develops and manages P&L
  • Prepares, monitors, and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
  • Oversees development and implementation to develop project approach and implementation plans
  • Manages client relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction
  • Reports to management on progress toward strategic account growth and business goals.
  • Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale
  • Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts management to risks and opportunities.
  • Works with delivery counterparts to Identify additional sources of revenue through process improvement initiatives and business rule optimization
  • Collaborates across the enterprise, including, executive leadership team, implementation and delivery teams, and other internal teams to solve problems, ensure contractual obligations are met.


What we're looking for


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of account management experience
  • 7+ years experience directly managing staff
  • 7+ years within Healthcare/Claims
  • 7+ years of client facing roles
  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management
  • Strong Financial acumen (P&L Management)
  • Strong presentation skills
