We’re one of the area’s top Business Technology Firms and we’re looking for our next Client Implementation Specialist. We are seeking a motivated person with excellent customer service, strong communication abilities and, most importantly, someone who is ready to be part of a winning team.
You’ll work from our comfortable offices located in Reading, PA and will be responsible engaging the customer after the sale of business technology. You will work with the internal and external customer to organize the implementation of their new technology and make their transition as seamless as possible.
The Client Implementation Specialist Position:
- You will work with sales representatives and logistics team to organize each small deal within the company.
- You’ll own and drive the communication between each department to ensure a seamless implementation.
- You will be responsible to organize delivery, logistics, best training options, networking set-up and supply needs with the internal and external customer.
- You’ll stay up to date with new technology, training and the continuous improvement and advancements Fraser makes as a whole. Investigate and promote improved equipment, processes and methods while keeping the growth of the company and maximizing cost savings at the forefront.
- You will serve as a backup in the event that the project management team becomes inundated with large deals.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of technology used in conjunction with our equipment including, but not limited to, Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe creative suite, Google docs, Google drive, MAC applications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Capable of learning new technology applications quickly
- Ability to interact with customers and end users on daily basis in a professional manner
- Able to push, pull, or carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in an office setting with minimal distractions
- Must have valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
