What you will be doing
The role is to work as a Client Manager on the Molson Coors account, which Carat UK have recently won.
For over two centuries Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people to celebrate all life’s moments. From Coors, Carling, Staropramen, Cobra, Aspall and Blue Moon, Rekordalig, Madri and Threefold, Molson Coors produces many beloved and iconic drinks brands. While the company’s history is rooted in beer, Molson Coors offers a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle as well offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate.
The Client Manager role that you will play for Molson Coors will be a strategically upstream and empowered one. You will be expected to partner with and support the Planning Account Director in one of the 2 new teams that we are building to work across the client portfolio.
The Key outputs for Carat on this account are the generation of game-changing brand ideas flowing into media, working in close collaboration with the Client, the creative agency teams and our media and tech partners.
The difference you’ll make
  • Planning Brave and Innovative Campaigns: Work with the strategist, and senior planners, to create ambitious and robust consumer journeys to help inform innovative strategic development for Molson Coors Brands.
  • Focussing on Data and insight: Learn and leverage Carat planning tools and processes to understand when these should be implemented in the planning process.
  • Driving Creative Impact: Involvement in creating ideation sessions with relevant Carat stakeholders, clients, and creative partners to develop an ecosystem based on a developed and agreed strategy.
  • Managing the Business: Support the delivery of multiple workstreams to meet client expectations through effective mobilisation of the Carat resources and people at all times.
  • Supporting the delivery of new ways of working within the teams, ensuring that process is being adhered to (huddles, information centres, standard and operating procedures etc.)
  • Managing Client requirements across the network: Responding in a timely and accurate manner to client requests for information, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network to deal with their requests.
What you’ll bring
  • Sound knowledge of media planning fundamentals and evidence of innovation in the media agency space.
  • Strong marketing, media and communications concepts, models, skills, practices, tools & frameworks.
  • Creative bravery and ambition to think expansively about the role media can play in growth.
  • Good understanding of holistic digital media and the role digital plays in modern communications planning.
  • Ability to analyse numerical data and pull out reasonable and rational conclusions to underpin innovative strategic plans.
What else do you need to know
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
